Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 18, 2026

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain language, no buried surprises.

1. Who we are

Marketing Hub USA LLC ("Marketing Hub USA", "we", "us") is a social media marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through https://marketing-hub-llc.com, through our client engagements, and how we use it.

Questions about privacy can be sent to support@marketing-hub-llc.com or admin@marketing-hub-llc.com.

2. Information you give us

When you contact us through the website, by email or by phone, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, business or social handle, email address, phone number and the details of your inquiry.

When you become a client, we also process the information needed to deliver the services: billing contact details, brand assets, campaign briefs, and the access permissions you grant us on advertising and analytics platforms. We do not ask for or store your account passwords.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers or health information — through the website or email.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider record basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of the request. This is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding aggregate traffic.

If analytics or advertising measurement tools are active on this site, they may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and campaign performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; core parts of the site will still work.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and provide proposals; to deliver, manage and improve our services; to run and measure advertising campaigns on behalf of clients; to send invoices and handle billing; to provide support; to maintain the security and integrity of our systems; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We may send occasional service-related messages to clients. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.

5. Client and campaign data

When we operate advertising accounts, publishing tools or analytics properties on a client's behalf, the underlying data — including audience, conversion and customer data uploaded to those platforms — belongs to the client. We act on the client's instructions and use that data only to perform the agreed services.

Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate disclosures for any customer data they provide to us or upload to advertising platforms, including customer-match style audiences.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate: website hosting, email, cloud storage, project management, invoicing and payment processing, analytics, and the advertising platforms we manage campaigns on (such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn). Each of these processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent personal information to data brokers.

7. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them, and comparable technologies such as advertising pixels, to keep the site working properly and to measure performance.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Advertising platforms also provide their own ad-preference and opt-out controls. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no agreed standard for responding to it, we do not currently alter our practices in response.

8. Data retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to follow up, and client records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes — typically up to seven years for financial records.

Campaign assets and reporting are retained during the engagement and returned or deleted on request after it ends, subject to any legal retention obligation.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls on the systems and platforms we use, and partner-level rather than password-based access to client accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask questions about how your information is used. Send requests to support@marketing-hub-llc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live — for example under Florida and other U.S. state privacy laws — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what information is collected and the right to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising about our own visitors.

If we act as a service provider for a client, we will forward requests relating to that client's data to the client and support their response.

11. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our site and our content may link to third-party websites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revision date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
